How to swap online
It is easy to swap your CandleXchange fragrance online - simply follow the steps below
Select your new fragrance and choose “Swap old candle” when adding to cart.
Receive your delivery. A prepaid return label is included in the box.
Reuse the same packaging, apply the return label, and lodge at Australia Post within 60 days of your order.
We process your 30% swap refund within 2 working days after we receive your returned container.
